INGREDIENTS (16 PEOPLE)

  • 175 g all-purpose flour ( ±1⅛ cups)
  • 7 g baking powder ( ±½ tbsp)
  • 1 large pinch of salt
  • 120 g brown sugar ( ±½ cup)
  • 110 g unsalted butter (softened) (±½ cup)
  • 1 egg
  • 225 g chocolate chips (±1⅛ cups)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to Th 6 / 180°C / 350°F without convection then place a silicone baking sheet on a cold oven rack or metal baking sheet, set aside.
  2. In a Ultimate Mixing Bowl 2L, combine flour, baking powder and salt using the measuring jug to measure ingredients. 
  3. In the Ultimate Mixing Bowl 3.5L, whisk brown sugar and softened butter together. Add the egg and whisk again.
  4. Add dry ingredients into the bowl and mix until you have a consistent dough. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop out 16 portions on the silicone baking sheet and flatten them. 
  6. Bake for approx. 10 min. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  7. Place in One Touch Terrazzo cookie canisters for optimal quality and storage.

    Tip: Baking time can be adjusted by more or less 1 min. depending if you like soft or crunchy cookies.
