• Made of an exclusive lightweight material resistant to temperatures up to 250°C and as low as -25°C. Use in the freezer, fridge, microwave and oven.

• Save cooking time by tandem cooking - start your dish in the microwave and finish it in the oven to get that crispy brown finish.

• Use the Base uncovered for cooking bakes or dishes that are best served with a lightly browned or crispy topping. Add the Cover to prevent dishes (stuffed vegetables or casseroles) from drying out, or use the cover as a roasting dish for meat or to cook oven chips, roast vegetables, poached fish parcels or baked fruits.

• Rounded edges on the base improve heat distribution and reduce hot spots that can result in overcooking.

• Steam release vents on the sides of the dishes help prevent steam build-up and direct the steam away from you.  Notches in the corners of the rim can also be used as a spout to pour liquid off dishes.

• The ergonomic handles ensure a solid grip when removing hot dishes from the oven with oven mitts. To facilitate opening of the dishes when wearing bulky oven mitts the Cover handles "overlap” the cut out corners of the Base.  It is recommended to lift the Cover by the corners.

• The sophisticated design and colour of the UltraPro range makes them perfect for serving food at the table. They save clean-up time by using one dish to store, prepare and serve.

• Do not use abrasive liquids or metal scourers

• Do not use knives or sharp utensils Should fat burn on to the UltraPro while cooking at high temperatures leaving brown patches, soak the Ultra Pro in 4 tablespoons of dishwasher detergent diluted in 5 l of hot water or 6 tablespoons of bleach diluted in 5 l of tepid water for at least 2 hours.
